This mediation has been created for collective healing.

By stepping into our true nature and transmuting any beliefs we may hold about ourselves that are not truly ours, we awaken and become secure in the brilliance of the light we hold within.

As fear rises on our precious planet, it is imperative now that we strengthen our connection to our hearts, and expand the light within. During times of the unknown, we can find our way to inner balance by anchoring into our center. With our center point strong, we are able to move forward and create a reality that benefits all beings. Invoking our center connects us to all of creation. It is the key to bringing our soul into alignment, for by connecting to the center of our bodies we begin to realize how deeply our roots connect us to our Earth and the Source of creation.

Through the vibration of healing music and intentional words, this Inner Light Activation meditation will carry you deep within, to a place where you become deeply familiar with the true essence of yourself. Allow it to serve as a reminder.

I recommend listening to this meditation once per day, in a time and space when you are able to receive the transmission. If you want to be still, do so. If you feel called to move, perfect. You can't do it wrong. Enjoy, and keep shining.
